CONTRACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
MacAnswer now offers contract technical support for Macintosh-based clients who want
1) Preventive Maintenance
2) One toll-free phone number to call for help with any network, hardware or software problem
3) Known cost for technology maintenance.
For one monthly fee, our support technicians will provide immediate telephone support, coordinate with software vendors and hardware manufacturers on your behalf, and make an onsite visit when necessary.
Macintosh systems are inherently stable. In fact, that is one of the biggest selling points for choosing a Macintosh-based system! However, your office is undoubtedly becoming more complex technologically. MacAnswer has been in business throughout the "electronic explosion". We know where you are and we know where you are trying to go, so you can count on us to keep you going!

HOURLY SUPPORT
If you do not want the monthly expense of a support contract, we are always happy to help customers on an hourly basis. Existing customers in good standing will be billed. New customers will be asked to provide a credit card number in advance. For technical support by the hour please call 717-312-4354 Option 1.
